The move in was very easy and I can’t talk enough about how thoughtful the staff is. Anna and Chad both are awesome to work with, as well as Diego.

Great place to live with a lot of things to do all around. Very quiet community. The staff is very helpful and there when you need them. The pool is beautiful.

I have had a great experience with moving to this community so far. The front office staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Maintenance has been extremely attentive and helpful with any and all needs.

Couldn’t have picked a better apartment community in Jacksonville. I’ve lived here for two years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The location, amenities, and staff that go above and beyond truly have made this a wonderful home.

Great community and Micheal is awesome! She provided great leadership and excellent customer service. I love living here! Everything is within easy walking distance and it's been one of the quietest apartments I have been in.

The views from the buildings are great! Building management works hard to make residents' lives easier. Resident "get togethers" are arranged and planned to create a community. And having a free parking garage is a pleasure in an area where parking is at a premium. Love the water views and the restaurants in the area.

I moved here in July! I love living here it’s an amazing community of people and the building and management is great! Not to mention it’s within walking distance of so many fun places!
